Admin panels, CRM and records, calculators and configurators, booking systems and smaller SaaS products. Always based on how the business actually works.
- Custom admin panels. Most of the websites I have built have one. KRYŠTOV Group manages its orders in it, medical practices manage notices and opening hours.
- Online shop, CRM and records. JF MOTO has an online shop, admin panel and CRM in one system.
- Calculators and configurators. For M2M Solutions I built an ROI calculator that works out the savings and payback of their logistics system and stores the contact details of interested visitors. My own configurator guides a customer through 12 steps and sends me a complete brief.
- Booking systems. Patient appointments for Gynkomed or apartment bookings for KarlovaTop. More on the custom booking system page.
- Own SaaS. Marxyo is a digital reception for medical practices: notices, e-prescription requests, reminders, bookings and a chat with frequently asked questions.
- Internal tools. For tasks and invoicing I use my own application that I programmed myself.
When a custom application pays off
When off-the-shelf software does not fit your process, when data lives in several spreadsheets and e-mails, or when you want to offer customers your own online service.

- the same data is copied by hand into several systems,
- off-the-shelf software forces you to adapt your process to it, not the other way round,
- you pay for several tools and use only part of each,
- you want to offer customers a calculator, bookings or a client area.
If the process is standard and a ready-made tool can handle it, I will tell you straight away. A custom application makes sense where your way of working is an advantage or where off-the-shelf tools constantly need workarounds. Technologies I build on
The interface in HTML, CSS and JavaScript, the server side in Node.js or PHP and a PostgreSQL database. Common technologies with no licence fees.
I store data in a PostgreSQL database, most often through Supabase. I deploy applications on Vercel or on standard web hosting. For automation I use Python and language models, more on the AI automation page.
These are widely used technologies, so another developer can take the application over later and you are not tied to a single platform.

What is the difference between a website and a web application?
A website presents the business and informs. A web application is for working with data: it has logins, users, forms and overviews that handle a specific process.
How long does development take?
It depends on the scope. A smaller tool, such as a calculator, takes days to weeks. I build a larger system in stages so you can use the first version as soon as possible.
How much does a web application cost?
I set the price after a short analysis, once I know which features and integrations you need. You get the solution design and a price estimate for free.
Can the application be connected to an existing website?
Yes. For example, the ROI calculator for M2M Solutions runs directly inside their existing Wix Studio website.
Does the application work on mobile?
Yes. It runs in the browser, so it works on desktop, tablet and mobile without installation.
