Providing data is voluntary, but without contact details I cannot send you a design or reply. I do not use automated decision-making or profiling with legal effects.
Cookieless analytics
Across the site I use my own script /t.js, which sends data only to my server (/track.php). It stores no cookies or other identifiers in your browser. A one-way hash is computed from the IP address, browser type, date and a secret key, and it changes every day. The IP address itself is not stored. I cannot identify you from this data; it only serves aggregate visitor statistics.
Cookies and advertising tools
Regular pages of this site use no third-party cookies. On some advertising landing pages I may measure ad performance with Google Ads (Google Ireland Ltd.) and possibly Meta Pixel (Meta Platforms Ireland Ltd.). These tools load only after you click “Accept” (“Prijať”) in the cookie bar. If you click “Decline” (“Odmietnuť”), they are not loaded at all. Your choice is stored only in your browser (localStorage) for 180 days, and you can change it any time via the “Cookie settings” link in the footer of that page.
The configurator remembers your draft in your browser storage (localStorage) so you do not lose it. This is technically necessary and not used for advertising.
Who receives the data
- WebSupport s.r.o. (Bratislava): website hosting, the server running the forms, and the mailbox info@janmarcekconsulting.com
- Google Ireland Ltd.: the Gmail mailbox where enquiries arrive and, with consent, Google Ads
- Meta Platforms Ireland Ltd.: lead forms on Facebook and Instagram (Meta's own policy applies there as well) and, with consent, Meta Pixel
- my accountant and public authorities where required by law
I do not sell data or share it with third parties for their marketing. Google and Meta may transfer data to the USA under the EU–US Data Privacy Framework and the European Commission's standard contractual clauses.
